In the task page on my account, it only shows 2 pages of work either completed or in progress, which amounts to 30/40 wu is there anyway to show more/all?

Nope. The project deletes completed wu's pretty quickly at the moment. They use to hold a few hours worth - but they ran into some server issues and shortened it down to a few minutes.
