Since the New Year, MW seems (for me at least) to have been performing flawlessly. Now I know this is going to cause a rift in the system of things, but (for me) I have to say, "Hats off" to all the guys for keeping my GPUs fed and the credits-a-coming!

If there's been any hic-ups, I haven't seen them and that truly makes me happy when, just a few short weeks ago we all had a problem with being fed properly and lots of credit starvation.

I've almost restored my faith in the project, but because of this single post, I know, people are going to complain no matter what and there will likely be some server meltdown that truly displeases everyone.

All I can say is, "Just keepa crunchin'" and if ya gotta go to another project to keep the "credit-a-flowin'", then that's what we gotta do.

Meanwhile, happy crunching everyone and it's been a great beginning into this New Year!

My observation as well, and that includes keeping a weather eye on the transitioner ... no worries!
Go away, I was asleep

I agree wholeheartedly!
The few times the server was choking it has recovered within a reasonable amount of time without going down completely.
All in all just a few hiccupps so far this year.
This has allowed my new HD6970's to really start producing!
Keep up the good work!

Yes, the new cuda_opencl is working great, as are multi-threaded nbody searches on any of my systems (though the sse2 still uses only 1 core...)

I never even notice when the server is down or has some problem somewhere. This always did strike me as a very well-run project. :)

And at pretty decent clocks too, seemingly without TDP-related throttling. Liquid cooled?

Hello Brickhead,

No, they are not water cooled but ambient in their room is about -7 right now!
I had to hook up a Silverstone ST1500 to power the system too, You might have noticed that I dropped back to 3 cards for a couple days waiting for it to arrive while you passed me! LOL
Good to see someone else running four!

I was actually surprised that MW kept up when Collatz went down recently. So let's keep the fingers crossed :)

May the recent stability be a byproduct of the switch to slightly longer WUs? And more people switching to DNETC due to raw credits.

You share my thought, i had some gpu in collatz also, all went here by default and no hick-ups here! Happily suppressed... Switched almost all ati gpu power here today, due to 4 bigger workunits in collatz.

And now it appears DNETC is down whilst Collatz refuses to send me work - fine then, MilkyWay gets my GPU.

Yes I only have one :(
