1.18 seems to be working fine on my systems (64bit Ubuntu Gutsy).

It seems to be a bit faster than previous versions too (under 7 minutes on my quad), but perhaps we have slightly shorter work units now, so I can't really say for sure.

I've compiled a 32 bit new app about 15 min ago that will work.
Both Travis and Dave got the links.

So it depends now on when they'll be back in. (what timezone are they at ?)

No 'problems' as such for a couple of 1.18s on a P4 2.4 XP32 machine.

But ... No progress indicator (stuck on zero), and WUs finished much quicker than usual (10 minutes instead of 23). Claimed credit is in same ratio for 1.13/1.16 WUs, but the granted 6.5 makes these *very* generous in credit terms!

Damn... whereas the new 1.18 WUs are running fine on my new laptop (Win XP Sp2) I've trashed a lot of WUs (while I was asleep so I couldn't stop it) on my old Win2K box.
Seems Win 2K has a problem with the new ones? *sniff*

Have gotten this error on the last 60 WU's as soon as they start, both 1.17 and 1.18. Using Linux Fedora Core 6, none have been successful,

EDIT:: Have just checked and you better make that 80 crashed WU's as all 20 that were on my computer have errored out as well.

OK everyone. The new linux 32bit is not working as of now. Cruncher has compiled a new one and we should have this up later today. Also, the progress is not working on the windows build. This was due to a global constant not being set. Hopefully this is fixed with the build we'll be putting up later today.

Ran first 1.19 WU on mac ppc-darwin. Completed with no error.
Progress reached 100% after about 25 min, ran for another 4 min then finished.
This is the same way 1.13 ran, but at least it's working again ( all the other versions comp. error'ed )

All calm and well on my x86 Windows XP system. 1.17 is about twice as fast as 1.16 and 1.18 a tad faster yet.

1.19 is already listed on the apps page :) so it should get to you after your last set of wus is done.

That will be interesting to see if it's all fixed now (wich i'm sure of).

wuid=4456887 - This one is just finished with v1.19 (Windows). The "Progress" meter worked, but not correctly. I am guessing it is off by an order of magnitude. That is, Progress only showed about 5% when it had run about 5 minutes (roughly the halfway point timewise).

EDIT: I watched my second unit a little more carefully. The first 10% took about 9 minutes and the last 90% took about 2 minutes. In other words, the "Progress" meter works OK - it's just not linear.
