I'm running ps_mbody_test_4648_1. It has been running on 4 cpu's for 80 hours with over 217 hours to go. Est app speed of 2841.50GFLOPs/sec. Is this running correctly or should I cancel this job? |

your not the only one, its taken 141 hrs so far with at least 16 to go to complete one of these work units. it appears to be a HUGE work unit. check out the properties. taking 4 cpus with an app speed of 2954.08 GFLOPS/sec and using 477MB of ram, it is trying to crunch something the size of 2,321,721 GFLOPS. I suspended it for a few days to let some smaller stuff catch up on other projects. It was killing my average. Now I will let it run for the last 16hrs and hope not to see something that huge again any time soon. |
