Is it normal situation about tasks?

But many tasks is still waiting checking and I havent any score for them. Tasks finished at 25 of December and till now no score for them. Can somebody explain situation or help to solve issue? The server/ validator quit and no work is being generated. It likely will be a few more days untill the staff start back up after winter break. This almost always has happened during a holiday.
