gpu app

Hello,
I installed an opptimized app and all i keep getting is a computation error.
I have tried older graphics drivers as well as 2 different apps and not sure what is going on. I tried both the .82 and the 1.02 for the ATI from this site

all of these completed tasks are errors in the boinc client

If anyone can shed any light on this that would be great thanks.

This doesn't have doubles so it won't work.

You can put your GPU to good use (IMHO) at POEM@Home, they've recently released an OpenCL app for all (relatively modern) AMDs. BOINC 7 needed, though.

Any app that you may know of out their for one without double? i know i used to run milkyway on an older machine and graphic card without double... I just cant find the app i was using or find a newer app for that matter.. It used to run on a agp hd 2400

Be careful with that. 2 years ago the project had big, big troubles with a wrong compiled app. This project NEEDS double precision, so do not run any compiled single precision app.

Seti@home has apps for ATI, Collatz has, albert@home has apps for ATI-cards. No need to run that card dry.

MOST gpu projects do NOT require a double precision gpu, so would be good choices for your card. Einstein, Poem, Collatz, Moo, Seti, WCG has one in Beta testing, PrimeGrid, there are several others too, ALL would love to have your crunching power. There are even TWO pay for your gpu projects...donate@home and compute4cash. From personal experience the last one did not pay well enough to keep using it for me.
