That will happen if you're running on Windows older than Vista. It tries to use transactions to ensure that updating checkpoints won't break if you lose power at the wrong time or something like that, but on Windows you couldn't do that until vista. |

Well that sucks, because I am unable to process these tasks properly due to the coding. Is there something you can do for XP users? Not all of us are interested in upgrading to Vista or Win7 and you should not have to do that to run certain tasks. Or should I just disable the box for Nbody tasks in my preferences? Edit *for now, I have disabled Nbody tasks due to this software issue with WinXp* |

Yes you can. It isn't a fatal issue. Your tasks are completing fine. |

If its not fatal, what is killing my RAC? I have lost about 250pts on average over the last 3 days. That's what lead me to check on what was going on for tasks and finding this error. |
