Did you hear 'ol 'Fat Albert' Haynesworth is back in the redskins news again? He was such a pig of a human being and football player after he came to the Skins! I am sorta glad the Coach stopped holding back in his talks about him!!

I don't mean he 'is back on the team' that will NEVER happen, he was just talking about the Skins again and this time Coach Shannahan responded publicly with some comments not holding back as to how he really felt about Albert and his time with the Skins. Albert was talking about RGIII and how he thought he should deal with Shannahan.

The Natives win! That was a good game. I wonder if the rest of the world gets a chance to watch American football?

They did win didn't they?!!!! AND in overtime at that!!! Last season, prior to the knee injury to RGIII, they could have done that easily, hopefully this means they will start on a role of winning games. They play Minnesota this Thursday and then have the Eagles and the 49'ers games coming up, if they can't keep it going they will be playing for draft picks again!!

I see 'Da Bears' play the Packers tonight and then the Lions, Ravens and the Rams. Those games might be tough too as those teams either play for pride or playoff spots. The Ravens MUST turn it around at some point...right?

WINNING!!!

Yes ;-))! He works in the truck during sporting events and is probably hunkered down right now, I am sure he will come back soon.

Correct - except the part where you said you're winning.

Yes, I have been busy lately, and still am. with a few away trips coming up soon. But I will still pop in for a win now and then :)

Well my Redskins became the Deadskins of old last night!! They made a somewhat valiant effort but in the end lost to the Vikings by a touchdown! The Redskins couldn't stop the Vikings even though the starting QB Ponder was replaced by Matt Cassell, who played great btw. The Redskins secondary just has WAAAAY too many holes in it and the guys have a hard time tackling anyone that can sustain a blocking type tackle. If the guy has good balance and quick feet the Redskins secondary just can't stop him, and the Vikings had that last night!!

The Redskins play AT the Philadelphia Eagles next week, right now that too seems like a loss as the Eagles are playing great and the Redskins are not!! After that it is back home against the 49ers, then the Giants and Chiefs! It's going to be a VERY though next few weeks!! And TWO of those games are night time games, so EVERYONE will be watching them play!!

I had real money on the Redskins to win by ten .... that'll teach me to bet.
:) R. Griffin is NOT my hero. But if they beat Philly, I may forgive him , a little.

I'm not sure I would put money on the Skins this year, they are just too inconsistent from quarter to quarter and game to game. Last game they had Griffin moving around everywhere, this game they had him standing still in the pocket again! Griffin got sacked 3 or 4 times in a row, yet the Coach STILL kept calling plays that had him dropping straight back and just standing there!! The WR's are either blocking or the receiver, not both, several times if they had turned around and looked they would have been open, but instead they just kept trying to block down the field. Kyle Shanahan has a long way to go to be consistently unpredictable in the NFL. Even Grffin himself was throwing great passes and they moved right down the field, then he stopped doing it right and the passes were off the mark and just bad! Tackling is just not a job skill the defensive secondary has, they try to block someone down by hitting them, they do not wrap a guy up and try to get him down. Even the 'mighty' D. Hall tried to block a guy down at the goal line going for his legs on the 2 yard line! That is just nuts, most of those guys are 6 feet tall and call fall and stretch 2 yards!! D. Hall missed and the guy danced into the end zone!! BTW D.Hall was CUT from the team in the off-season, only to come back as other guys didn't pan out and after he took a huge pay cut! He has been a HUGE liability for the Skins these past few seasons!!

WINNING!!!
