I had 6 milkyway units sitting on my Win 7 machine (specs below). There were no work units from any other project. These were in the ready to start category, but never did. I rebooted the computer with no effect.

I reset the project which killed the 6 tasks and the boinc manager went on to load new work units from other boinc projects. It seems to be functioning normally.

I don't know what happened or why it did not process the 6 milkyway work units. Any suggestions? Note that a similar event occurred on a xp machine.
