Without knowing what hardware you actually have (your descriptions tell us nothing) it's hard to say. CPU based tasks should work, if your setup supports them (is it a 32-bit or 64-bit CPU? What OS?); the GPU is going to be a lot harder to say - need to know what it is to say what might run on it.

Ummm no, as always though we can each choose where to put our resources and where not to put them. I was just posting another project link that would work on the older pc's without any problems.
