I've got 4 pc's running @ Milkyway (50% of the time)
When I look at "Computers on this account" on the Milkyway-page I can see al 4, but one of them has no avg.credit and no total credit, although I know for sure it has completed work for the past 2 weeks.
The "last contact info" in the list for this computer seems to be correct. There is no pending credit.

What can cause this problem?

I guess you're asking about this one.

It is showing 6 WUs, 4 in progress and two that were aborted by the user. Since completed WUs disappear from the list quickly (after 1 day I think), it is hard to say if they have errored out or not.

Keep an eye on it and see if you see any WUs get returned with an error.

FYI, that computer should take around 11 hours for a "372" WU, and about 6 hours for a "373" WU. I have a similar machine.

Yep, it's that pc. The 2 aborted tasks I did myself, cause the didn't make it before the deadline. But i'm quite sure i've finished work earlier on this pc, so i should have some credit for this pc.

I'll keep an eye on it to see if they return with errors.
