My GPU WUs always end like this: https://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/result.php?resultid=2287474945
I'm using Fedora 27 without proprietary fglrx driver.

Should'nt OpenCL do that in software if necessary?

No double precision is something your gpu either comes with from the factory or it never has it.

Hello
I have an Amd Radeon 380X graphic card and I have lot's of computation errors almost 50%
Once again It seams that this projects has unsolved computation issues on amd/ati graphic cards.

The team of this...so called "project" is probably not up to the task for fixing their own issues with graphic card computation. It is happenning very often, I mean very very often!

So it's a shit project for me !
I won't waste computation time and electricity on Milkyway anymore despite my respectable score and history.

If, like me you have lot's of computation errors with this...?project?
Crunch on Einstein at home wich is issue and error free !

Elvis, that's too bad you are having computation errors on your cards.

What have you tried to fix that?

Not sure insulting the devs is really going to do much other than make you look foolish.

"It is happenning very often, I mean very very often!" Hrmmm, couldn't be your particular hardware/software eh?

I currently have 3 invalid tasks across 6 cards and hundreds of tasks completed. What does that show? That the devs are responsible for terrible coding, causing all your troubles? Or maybe, just maybe, you need to take a swing at tweaking your particular set of OS/drivers/boinc config etc?

I'm happy to help you troubleshoot. Personally I found lowering my CPU setting and leaving some room for OS tasks helped a lot. What particular cards/os/drivers etc are you running? Latest version of boinc app updated? Any tweaks to the boinc .xml files? Running multiple WU per card?
