For the public (and the addressee) here is a translation of Leprechauns message:

The ignorance of the project management is distressing. No News, no WUs - wanted or not - users need to be informed! Appararently the project wants to go where predictor already is.
Sir Travis, pull your finger out and rectify the bullshit!

I 2nd!!! Used to have great communication, pity.
Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected the expected?
If it makes sense, DON'T do it.

Yes i agree at the start this project was very communicative but the past month or so has been dreadful theres been no news or very little of anything, they've allowed the project to be hijacked and have let those involved off scotfree.

And if you want faster wu's you need to download a 2nd party optimised app supplied by an ego maniacal sociopath. I for one and i'm probably in the minority in this, will not being using it to boost his already over inflated ego.

News was posted just today. And i have been very active in the forums resolving any issues that come up. I think this accusation is heavily unfounded. We have not allowed our project to be hijacked. The source code was open and he had every right to do what he did, however we do not recommend it. He helped us immensely in finding bugs and made our program much more efficient. This man is not a bad guy, I would actually consider him a great help.

Well said, Dave

Personally, i have found that Project communication has been just fine - even if (sometimes) the front page dosen't have timely updates, if you read the forums you'll find all you'll need to know.

So come on guys, just cut everyone here a bit of slack, eh?

Agreed,

Travis has done a very good job -considering- and think he is doing most everything he can to keep as many people happy as possible...

Travis communicates better than MANY MANY projects out there - Try Tanpaku or VTU for a couple examples of CRAPPY project communications.

Yes!

Well said Dave

Because the Milkyway faster client was launched on Friday and the result was all the WUs were quickly mopped up. This coincided with a week end. The Admins are entitled to the normal working week, like anyone else.

So, we were without WUs to crunch on Saturday and part of Sunday ... tough. There is other projects to crunch as well.

With the return of the Milkyway WUs last night, and it still continuing, despite the battering the servers are getting from this faster client. I am pleased to see all is still running. Indeed, I am hoping to see this first working day out, before Dave pulls the servers (he has warned us) for the tweaks he needs to do.

Leprechaun, Zed and Banditwolf need to consider it is the week end and get over themselves.
