I think it's because you are trying to run the Seperation units one your Intel gpu and don't have the proper drivers loaded.

It would be much better if you got yourself a standalone graphics card for that machine and used it to crunch. I recently bought a used Nvidia GForce 460 gpu for $30US and it's doing units like this 507.58 seconds 227.53 credits Milkyway@home Separation v1.46 (opencl_nvidia_101) windows_x86_64. Now my pc case is a standard sized one and if you have a SFF case you will need to buy a graphics card that fit's in it but they still make them.

If you do already have a stand alone graphics card in that machine then you need to load the drivers from the ATI/AMD or Nvidia website depending on your brand of card.

Hello
Thank You For Answering My Post. I Am Running Windows On A HP Mini Desktop So Another Graphics Card Is Out Of The Question But I Will Look For Some Different Drivers.
What Puzzles Me Is That It Was Working Fine For A Long Time And Just Suddenly Started Doing This.
But I Will Let You Know What Happens
Thank You For Your Help

Windows has a tendency to install its own video drivers unannounced and unasked for that are missing the compute portion of the drivers causing tasks to fail to run.

Install the necessary drivers for your video card directly from the manufacturer.
