I have 47 on the hdd and 3 in progress on My Win 7 Pro x64 triple 1660Ti system, I am running Boinc Tasks 1.80 and Boinc 7.14.2 cause of the stupid nag line in 7.16 about not doing cpu work... The nvidia driver I use is 431.60 and is good enough for the 1660Ti or the 2060 Super. So why am I not getting any new wu's? Is there a server issue, or has Milkyway simply run out of gpu work? Cpu work here tends to go into High P. idling all but one of My gpus and this can happen cause of a power failure or a cable internet interruption, so I don't do cpu work anymore. |

Speak the devil's name and he shall appear. I see you have the normal cache of gpu work now and have returned validated tasks. So the usual forum phantom has remedied your post as usual. Looks like he works the same hours as his compatriot at Seti.

This is normal due to the 10 minute back-off MilkyWay demands when getting new gpu workunits. What most people do is setup a zero resource share project and do a couple of their workunits before MilyWay drops a few hundred more workunits on you again. |
