Tesla V100, New Host, Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks?

The host has a Tesla V100 GPU with Nvidia driver 4.55, on Ubuntu. For some reason I keep getting "Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks" I also added GPUGrid and that got tasks straight away.
