I too have been having problems with the freezing on work during the nbody calculations. Several months ago I disabled getting them on them. I just checked and the MH@H preferences is no for getting the nbody simulations. How ever, I still am getting them. At the present time I have 160 tasks with over 40 (stopped counting) of the nbody. How do I stop receiving them?
