after updating the PC, I ran into a problem that GPU tasks slow down by 25, 50 and 75 percent, GPU loading is suspended at these moments. I wanted to fix this by increasing the number of tasks performed on the GPU using app_config , but I was faced with the fact that these pauses became proportionally larger

Might be related to driver update. Try uninstalling the current driver and install the version you had prior the update.

Also are you leaving a cpu core free for the gpu to use? If not try that too and see if it helps.

also as defaul i use 85% of threads (amd epyc 7551p) -nothing changes
may be cause in old gpu (radeon 6950 1gb) but when i began milky way on this pc , i didn't see so much pauses, and i face them when add 2 more 16gb ram sticks (64 gb in total now), also i try with 32gb- it didn't helps
Couple years ago i see similar problem when on amd phenom tasks was without pauses, and on amd fx 8120 there was a similar problem with the one I'm experiencing now, but i didn't figure it out
