Jobs not being sent back to server.

Just wondering why that computations done are not being sent back to the server. I have at least 10 or so sat on the PC and not sent back. Is there a problem with the server? The project was down for a day a day ago. So nobody was able to upload work. BOINC sets longer and longer timeouts to projects it can't connect to.
