Stuck in task suspended by user

Computer is noisy, had to take a phone call. In boinc manager, selected projects, then suspend, and bada bing bada boom, computer is quiet. All tasks say 'Suspended - user request' . So far, so good. In trying to resume all tasks, selected projects, then select/highlight my account name, the select resume. All tasks are still in 'Suspended - user request'. In highlighting an individual task, all I can do is toggle between 'Suspended - user request' and 'task suspended by user'. How do I get back to running? |

All tasks are still in 'Suspended - user request'. restarted boinc. no joy. restarted windows. no joy aborted all tasks and downloaded 460 more tasks. no joy. still stuck in 'suspended user request' |

Just an idea: In Boinc Manager, under the Activity tab, does it show Run Always, Run Based on Preferences, or Suspend? |
