The project keeps failing to add on one of my 3 computers I'm trying to get it to run on. it added and ran fine on PC1 And PC2 but not PC3

PC1 i7 4700MQ, GTX 770m Win 11 22H2
PC2 Core 2 Duo E4600, R5 240 Win 11 21H2
PC3 I5 11400H, RTX 3050, RX 460. Win 11 22H2

PC3 is my main system, and I want it to run in the background, but the project fails to add. just saying "failed to add project, please try again later" I've restarted boinc and my computer and verified an internet connection.
