Separation on Cuda and OpenCL

No programmers to do it, Graduate Students run MilkyWay with oversight by a Professor, the students roll thru like all grad students and every few years we get a new batch of them. With no money to pay a programmer and AMD and even Nvidia now not willing to provide free help it's up to the Projects themselves to do what they can.
