I'm running with a Ryzen 7 3700x which is 8 physical and 8 virtual cores for a total of 16.
This current task I am running shows 15 cores being used, but I have 7 other cores being used for other projects and 1 core being used to control 2 gpu's at .02 to .04 cores per task.

How is this even possible? Total cores being used is greater than total number of physical and virtual cores.
Unless 15 is not really what is being used.

Set "Max # of threads for each MilkyWay@home task" to 1 in your MilkyWay@home preferences, BOINC is a nightmare when trying to run single and multi-thread applications simultaneously.
