Users/Computers that do not return WU's should not be given more than they return.

In my pending tasks list I see a lot of users/computers that seem to return less than 10% of the WU's they download. A few return less than 1 in 1000. Why are there no filters in place to limit how many they download if they are habitually not returning them? It should be easy enough to look and say, "This computer asks for N amount of WU's all the time, P percentage of WU's they are sent are not returned, therefore only send them N -P amount of WU's. |

You are correct and while it seems to be a waste to send them out and wait the uncompleted tasks get recycled and sent out again for completion. Once the GFLOP's issue is corrected distribution will be improved for higher preforming power systems too. |
