Looks like we have resurrected a task error type from 2014. Shouldn't be getting these. Admins need to adjust the task generator template to increase the rsc_disk_bound value.

I've set NNT and will work through what's on board and let some other projects have the newly available threads. Just wasting too much computer runtime for tasks that end up errored out.
