I have set Use at most 62.5% of cpu.
Tasks are still downloaded and run with --nthreads 8
I am running boinc 8.3.0-2300

My app_config.xml

What have you set in your MilkyWay@home preferences as "Max # of threads for each MilkyWay@home task"?

Max # of simultaneous MilkyWay@home tasks No limit
Max # of threads for each MilkyWay@home task No limit

When i run Yafu with 62.5% cores, tasks run with 5 CPUs.

Than set it to 5 and see what happens.
