It is only minor differences (I believe), not a whole different calculation. Mainly to fix the memory leaks. Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected the expected? I would say so as the memory leak issue and the low precision of the checkpoint files are already fixed in my SSE3 version I linked here.
