call me blind or whatever but how can i insert my signature to forum posts ?

Go to Your Account and click on Message Board Preferences. It's near the bottom of that page.

And there is also a checkbox there to add the signature as default, or you can click the checkbox for each post if you don't want it to be posted every time.
