I am setting up a new domain for zslip.com which should come on line within the next 24 to 48 hours.

I will not be setting up a "UK mirror" since others are setting up alternate download resources and I have no wish to duplicate my efforts unecessarilly. It will just be zslip.com and no other site.

In the mean time I have this temporary resource in place;

Are there really any performance difference between jedirock's release and the stock client...?

I can't seem to see any noticeable differences from my tower. No offense to jedirock of course...

There is not all that much, a couple of minutes or so.

None taken. I wasn't expecting that much difference anyway, just tweaking of the GCC flags, which were fairly good already.

Would you guys please chill out? The constant pissing contest is extremely annoying. I've seen and read just about all of it. At first it was amusing but it is getting to the point where it is just plain annoying and distracting from good and very helpful information. I'm positive that i'm not the only one who feels this way. Can you guys just try to let byegones be byeognes and get along with each other? You guys have alot to contribute here and I (and i'm sure)we all appreciate it but the constant bickering really has no place here and needs to go. JMO

Since you addressed me, I'm going to answer your post, and that's all I'm going to say about the matter...

Multiple times I've asked all of them to let stuff that happened back at SETI go. I should've left my original text with the "Troll Spray" image instead of editing and removing it. It was basically the lines of "Can you all just get over what went on at SETI?"

Additionally, I was not involved in the original bickering over there. I don't have an issue with any of them. I have had PMs complaining about at least two of the people involved. I remember saying about one, "I've never had a problem with him"... In regards to the other one, I said that I felt like the recent posts were not needed after things had died down, but it wasn't my fight, so I didn't red-x the messages and only did a joking reference with the Elton John song from The Lion King ("Can You Feel the Love Tonight") with the hopes that the subtle sarcasm would lighten the mood, but alas I was wrong. The person I sent that PM to will probably be reading, so to that person, please do not mention who it was about.

Several messages have been taken down in the past. If you're offended by them, use the red x. I figured someone would've taken down all the blasting back and forth by now anyway. That the posts are still up either means nobody has reported them or that Dave and Travis are not handling the admin duties at the moment.

So, Randy, I agree that they all need to shut up about it. It's very schoolyard-ish...but again, it's not technically "my fight"...

IMO, YMMV, etc, etc, etc...

Edit: Oh, and yeah, I had even hoped the video of Bill O'Reilly's show with the other related videos would be a distraction. They are for me anyway... :-x
And the O'Reilly "Beef" video had relevance too, because I bet none of them would act like this if they were face-to-face with each other rather than this...
