Drop in and say hi to your fellow Milkyway crunchers.

I'm sitting here looking out of my window and the weather is really to horrid to go out in. I think I shall spend a leisurely Sunday indoors.

It's kinda muggy here. Warmer though.

Looks like we have a different sort of day here Esme. A combination of bright sunshine, little wind and temperatures of 7c. Then really cloudy, dull, strong winds and heavy sleet. The temperature drops to -1c.

Currently looking out the window to sunshine.

But, on the way back to the village the sleet on the road has caused a skid, on a straight road, and the car was lying on it's near side in the bottom of a narrow ditch.

Yeah, there was sleet when I was looking out of the window earlier. I'm planning to go out later to take my son to see Grand Torino. I don't think we'll be cycling down to the Cinema though.

Wife is out shopping so I'm home alone with the laptop infront of the TV with what I WANT on the TV for a change, lol. A nice cold beer and just about to get a bacon sandwiche.

This is what Sundays were made for!!!

Hello Miss Moon, yep the day here is nice as well. A bit blowy and rainy this morning but blue sky now, but still a bit nippy in the air.

Hola all! Supposed to be raining, but it's staying away.

Got a nice 20" tv but the LCD is cracked. :( Can't locate a replacement/ or another broken tv yet. It'd make a nice monitor even.

Hello there Hev, and nice to see you coming over here with others.

Now we just need to bring a crate of 15 of cold chilled beer, larger, port or anything else you wish to bring.

I had a chat with my potatoes while they were chitting. It was just an excuse to see if any of my seeds had started to come up yet - I've temporarilly turned my dinning room into a greenhouse.

No little shoots just yet. Apart from the potatoes of course, which are chitting away nicely.

I figured I'll be starting (trying to) some seeds soon. Though my christmas cactus starts are bloming (again!). Only planted one 3 months ago, it's rooted and bloomed that quick.

Lots of kudos for growing the catus - I hear they're quite hard to grow. I find peppers hard to grow. I'm trying quite a few varieties this year, including chili peppers.
