Nope no glitch mate, they would be using the ATI GPU app from Cluster Physik

Those computers are running an optimized GPU app. Some WU's finish in less than 1 second I've heard.

That's CPU time, which is basically the amount of communication taken between the CPU and the GPU. The 'wall clock' time will be longer.

Yes, the actual processing time of a WU is around 12 seconds, depending on which ATI card you have, how much you have it clocked, and what else is is going on in your computer at the time. I've recorded as low as 8 seconds, but then the WUs have been getting bigger, and it's difficult to time the WU's when 2 or more are processing at the same time.

Upcoming changes in the BOINC Manager will have it tracking wall clock time if I have followed the discussions on-line about the direction of the developers. THis will end the distinction between CPU time and the time on the GPU ... how this is going to affect the credit claiming and granting process is not yet clear ...

So does wall clock time include or exclude time spent waiting to crunch or is it only the wall clock time while the wu is active?

While active if I understand it correctly...

As usual, this is one of those off-hand notes that Dr. Anderson prefers ... so, I don't know what it will really mean or portend.
