I have one W/U failing to upload.

Everything else is going fine. Any ideas whats going on?

Its a server problem. As you found out, it clears itself up eventually.
BOINC is rumoured to 'forget about' completed WUs that it is unable to upload for a fortnight, I've never had one stall for that long.
