I feel that way about US' money, the stupid Treasury guy keeps wanting to change or do something dumb on the coins. 10 years of "state quaters" only to do anther set of "state quarters" with another design for another 10 years. I don't know of anybody who cares to collect them. I like getting old coins especially the odd silver piece.

I like spending $2 bills and 50 cent coins. I usually get "what's this?". :p

Why does it always up and get windy? When I paint something it gets windy right as I go to spray, not while I am masking the rest off. I'm reroofing a house, it gets windy and blows things off the roof. ((shakes fist at wind)) :p

Message 20423 - Posted: 25 Apr 2009, 14:37:46 UTC

Last year I bought a pump up spray unit to creosote my garden fences, much quicker than a paintbrush. However any wind of 1 mph or more makes the over-spray airborne, which meant 3 doors down, their washing on the line wasn't as clean as it should have been........

Yes, I did that too. Had to give in and paint with brush... took me ages. Shame, as I was excited about using the spray pump. Mine sprayed over my fence and I feared it might paint the new nieghbour's car etc, so left that idea. My tomato plants also got covered. The cat even got some.

Put something behind it to catch the overspray, a sheet, cardboard.

I seem to be making a habit of this cooker thing... second time in two years. Smashed the oven door; glass all over floor.

Those poor oven doors just jump out and attack. What do they expect will happen? I bet you didn't want to cook in it for awhile anyways.
