Ive eaten it several times. ;-) Ive also eaten Whale several times. I expect many see that as a horrible thing. ;-) But its an exellent meat on them. Very tasty! What I have eaten Once.. and I can assure you it will be with that One time is Seal meat. uhhh..! What a horrible consistency. Almost like sponge. Its because the meat in a seal is built to contain as much blood as possible, for the seals to be able to dive into deep, and to be under the water for so long. They all tasted GOOD, a little different but tasty just the same. We had 9 children at the cottage that weekend, all ate the same meats I did and liked it, until we told them what they had eaten!!! It was a while ago and I really can't remember, although an even stranger food I tried was caviar at 35,000 feet on Concorde.
