Hi all. Are we still in one piece?

There is a probability you are correct.

Would we know the difference?

No!

But if you are inside a VMware shell you wouldn't care?
Go away, I was asleep

I got My Cars A/C recharged for $122.98 today, It's very much colder now, Much better.

Oh and the Cash for clunkers program here in the USA? It's been suspended and It may be over as Congress only gave the program $1 billion instead of the $4 billion It was supposed to have and the program may have gone beyond the 250,000 cars allocated, Mine wouldn't qualify even If I had the income, As It gets a combined a 25mpg for the FORD Escort zx2(I actually get between 27 and 30mpg the way I set the car up). And the auto industry is still running their Cash for clunkers ads too.

Oh and the car uses 32oz of R-134a and I had 2oz left in the car still, I took the can I bought from O'Reilly/Kragen autoparts back for a refund as It was too small and I couldn't use It at all as My nephew is too busy(He works 6 days a week driving a truck).

Well I have some semi bad news and good news Guys, The car is washed and the drivers side mirror mount is now busted cause of the rotating brushes there(Never happened to My car before, Oh well, hopefully the brushes can be adjusted), I got an estimate of $270 from the local FORD dealer and then I took It back to the owner of the car wash and He said He'd replace the electric mirror for FREE(labor too, used mirror).

No argument first, like, "No way, my rotating brushes could not have done that"?
If not, the owner sounds very gracious.

I'm too busy to notice. I'm staying with my mum while I empty and redecorate the flat.

I've been off work for 2 weeks now and the weather is s**t.

OMG..2 weeks. I'm knackered already. I had no idea how much useless stuff I'd collected since being here. Sold a car load of stuff yesterday and will sell another car load next week. Sent 2 car loads off to storage, not to mention the many, many bin bags full I just threw in the trash... and the place still looks stuffed to the brim!

who'd have thought you could fit so much in one tiny flat?

Hiyah Es!

Every time I go in my loft I shudder and shut the hatch door again quick! Trouble is I'm a self-confessed hoarder me, I've got stuff from my schooldays in the 1950's. My executors will need to be made of stern stuff I'll tell you!

But...... think of all the pleasure you will have in buying all that new stuff when you get over there !!! How many new handbags can you fit in a wardrobe?

If you wanna hand clearing out just shout........

There are charity organisations that will come and clear a house or flat for free. On the basis that they can usually sell enough to cover the costs.

Its said its a good thing to move some times during life - of that
one reason alone; that we see how much stuff we have, and are able
to get rid of all the "crap" ;-) I moved around some times
earlier - but now Ive been living in my house for 12 years - and I
dont even want to think how it would have been to "move out" from
here... Just the thought of that would make me stay - what ever. ;-))

Luckily that is not an issue - at least not for as long as I can see..
I dont envy you the job you have right now Esme.. But you`ll get to
the goal soon.. and can leave with the knowledge that you have sorted
out most of your life that belongs in the past.. THAT is at least
many who would envy you.. ;-)

Hei Miss Moon. Well, what belongs in the past is for Es to decide, but I do know that she is doing the right thing. She may have some regrets now, but I bet in one year she'll be thanking her lucky stars that she made the move.

Thanks Moon. It's actually a wonderful feeling throwing stuff away. Very liberating!

I've been filling holes in the kids bedroom wall all day. Thank goodness for quick drying polyfila...and I was up late last night trying to clear out a virus from my son's laptop. He picked it looking at pictures of Megan Fox. I think there is a life lesson in that.

I hope you're happy now ES! Now I had to search Megan Fox!

When you get a chance, could you stop by & clear out these viruses?
