Hi, I have the same board, don't worry about the bandwidth as you are using the GPU only. Overall you won't see any performance benefit for switching to 2x16x, although you will if you're gaming. If anything the board is perfect as you're not wasting money for the dual 16x premium. Just put you 4870 and 4850 in without crossfire and you'll be good to go.
