My GTX560Ti was failing. It finally decided to die today, so I replaced it with another. So far it's processing with no problems! Stupid video card...

The key is here "Microsoft Windows", in Windows when a gpu fails the ONLY way to reset it is to restart the whole pc, not JUST Boinc! It is a Windows thing. He rebooted, that's restarting the whole PC. Exact-a-mundo! For the time being, I'll just disable GPU WUs on MW@H.

After downloading the first batch of jobs, the very first WU was the below WU which failed. http://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/result.php?resultid=269317349 MilkyWay@Home 1.00 runs fine. It's the MilkyWay@Home 1.02 (OpenCL NVidia) that's failing all of a sudden. Thanks for any help![/url]

Nothing has changed on my PC, so any further ideas would be swell.

I ran into the same issue after "upgrading" to BOINC 7.0.28, then all the OpenCL tasks I downloaded would no longer run. I actually had to uninstall BOINC 7.0.28, delete all the BOINC folders and reinstall BOINC 7.0.25 fresh. At least it's working now.

Any help in discovering why this is all of a sudden not working properly would be appreciated. Until then, I just suspended work on NVidia OpenCL tasks since the one CPU task I downloaded recently worked fine.

Once reattached, BOINC downloaded two work units. ps_separation_10_2s_sample_2_1340672783_199705_0 - Milky Way 1.02 NVidia OpenCL - Failed in 1 second ps_separation_10_2s_sample_2_1340672783_199706_0 - Milky Way 1.00 - Still running without an issue. PC specs as follows AMD FX6100 16 GB RAM Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 BOINC v7.0.25 NVidia GTX560Ti - driver 301.42 This issue only started in the last couple of days, and I've changed nothing on my PC in that time, so I don't know what it is.

The only program running my GTX 560Ti is BOINC. This only started in the last couple of days, and I haven't made any PC changes. Oh, and my PC picked up 25 new tasks at 0308 EDT, and then proceeded to have computation errors for each and every one of them within the next three minutes. They were all in this new batch of work units.
