2) Message boards : Cafe MilkyWay : Advice needed: GPU computation (Message 66277) Posted 5 Apr 2017 by Win.Team Pakistan Post: Hi there guys, I am a little confused as to what is going on on with the processing, I have a GTX 1080 GPU (Nvida) also a RX470 GPU (AMD), and a mediocre processor Intel core i5 7600 Here is a screeshot: Now the question is, I want to minimise the load on the CPU, I want to use the RX470 (AMD) for the processing, and sometimes all 3 two GPUs and the CPU. As of now, how do I know it is using the GPU, as the processors are showing 100% utilisation: the ram usage is only at 28% under max load, granted I do gave very expensive RAM G.Skill Ripjaws 3600mhz 8GB but surely it must use more than 28% under load? I'm a gamer and a semi-pro poker player, I don't mind dedicating an entire GPU for computations 24/7, it pretty much has negligible affect for me for gaming, and work. Any advice?
