Fixed by a other way. Similar.
The problem is not the download itself. The problem is that Windows, not do it because "publisher not verified).

And to be sure , I also make a restore of the latest file before server upgrade.

the same for me !
But : a solution :
go to download directory of project.
Download manually. Perhaps you will receive a security alert about "publisher can not be verified ".
Trust it. Unblock file(s) with file properties.
Then copy it to project directory and manually "run as admin"....
Restart BOINC (not a reset project because it will delete all).

I think all is in title !
All is downloaded, also the 10 WU.
Only milkyway_1.46_windows_x86_64__opencl_ati_101.exe:can not be downloaded
It looks like the file is not more available on project.
But it is? I could find it in download directory. The only I receive an alert because certificate invalid and not trusted
Manual download and copy to project. Nothing change also after restart BOINC

Any idea ?

My previous GTX1060 runs perfect.
I added a GTX950 (see below)
My two GPU are installed, detected in BAM,
But look at line 8: ....GPU not used....
Why ?
What do I wrong ?
I also use "BAM" and "Synchro with BoincStatsBAM
I not see soething about GPU use-age, well CPU.

During maintenance it is really needed to increasde WU !
Now, I also understand limitation of 80 WU/hot or GPU to prevent some "ghosts" to take a lot of WU who will never be crunched.
But also o prevent server overload.
Till now, the deadline is about 12 days.
Increasing the delay, is perhaps not a good idea. This to prevent not returned WU (for sure for host who runs CPU's WU
For the next two days it is challenge on FormulaBoinc. I see on server status no any problem. On friday 31 august 16:15 UTC, there are about 400,000 WU "in progresse. Considering 80WU / host (CPU and or GPU), it seem to be about max 5,000 hosts.
So why not to increase WU limitation ?
On my best host, I run all task in about 5 hours (with a little GPU)
Admin knowns server capacity.

The same for me about 75% GPU (nvidia) finishes as "vcalidation inconclusive" !!!
I run once at the time,I have enough free RAM
I also see no any reaction from admin since months !!!

I run several hosts, differents CPU/GPU and drivers. All are visible.
About 50% of my WU finish in "inconclusive"
Reset project not change anything.
