Obviously the electrons take a while to permeate from here to the project and back again. So yes the restart fix works if you WAIT A WHILE before trying to download again. My mother taught me that "patience is a virtue" - so I failed in that one. Ian

Net result is no transfer shown as stalled in the BOINC transfers page but project won't update because it thinks one is stalled. running windows 1903 fully updated. Help please Ian

The other projects I am running ( Seti@home and climate prediction ) do not have this problem. obviously not a mega problem but an annoyance. Any clues/ suggestions please?
