de_14_3s_free_5... shows no progress on 0.20 CPU client

Post: I only noticed the WU's hanging when I suspended the GPU work and it came back with >100% while it was still running. I restarted BOINC. everything was fine until I snoozed the GPU/resumed and I had to abort the WU I was on. these new WU's make my screen get a lot more wonky than when I was running the other WU's |

Post: with the short WU's coming through now I can see RAC's going 2X what they were before. even if you only get about 50% of your WU's as shorties they'll burn through about 6X faster than the standard WU's making a huge improvement to the RAC |
