Thanks, Poor Boy, for your verbous and helpful message. What I can do now is :
1)in Kaspersky change the filtering category of BOINC directory from "Not very dangerous" to "reliable": that will allow milkway application to access more system functions. But every incoming data will be scanned (I don't want to stop this protection!)
2) If the level of "compute errors" doesn't decrease, I will disable Time synchronization of windows.

Obviously I will stop/restart my computer after these changes.

Hoping it will work!
Best regards.

I got 2 or more compute errors every day since I started Milkyway. I crunch also for other projects and I never had so many errors. The message is always like this one:
"29/08/2008 07:18:44|Milkyway@home|Starting gs_3720282_1219843431_137324_0
29/08/2008 07:18:44|Milkyway@home|Starting task gs_3720282_1219843431_137324_0 using astronomy version 122
29/08/2008 07:28:31|Milkyway@home|Task gs_3720282_1219843431_137324_0 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file
29/08/2008 07:28:31|Milkyway@home|If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project."
Most often the calculation has stopped close to completion.
My cpu is a Pentium 4-3GHz and I work with windows xp-pro sp2

I'd be glad to get some help to fix this issue.
Thanks in advance and
Best regards
