I have been participating in distributed computing projects since I discovered SETI in August 1999.
I have a Masters in MIS, am retired from private industry but have continued working for the US Government
My core projects are SETI, Einstein and World Community Grid.
I have participated in others but I will move around from time to time.
I currently also participate in Lattice and now this one.
I currently only have five computers running BOINC so I limit myself to five projects. At various times I have had as many as 15. When I started 10 years ago the computeres were a LOT slower and while there were multi-cpu servers, multi-core cpus had not yet been invented.
