Good afternoon. A few minutes after the start of the calculation, this application hangs, completely without loading the CPU and hard disk. I had to stop the calculation forcibly. https://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/result.php?resultid=549806233 Operating system: Windows XP-SP2 x64 Edition Application: Milkyway@home N-Body Simulation v1.76 (mt) windows_x86_64 |

N-Body tasks are large difficult CPU memory demanding tasks. I looked at your computers listed under your account and possibly you may want to go to your account page, click Milkyway@home preferences, click edit preferences, deselect N-Body tasks. You will only get Milkyway@home separation tasks which will work better for you. 100% POWERED BY SOLAR, SUNNY REGARDS |

Ok, I understand you. What then are the minimum system and hardware requirements for these tasks? |

Ok, I understand you. There is a new thread in Crunching that other people are talking about that seems to be what you are seeing. |
